Marina developer Ariadne Australia has been identified by the Department of Lands as the preferred tenderer for the redevelopment of Crown land located to the south east of the marina.

I will facilitate a meeting between Ariadne executives and members of key local community groups to discuss the marina development next to Westport Park.

It is to everybody's benefit for lines of communication to be opened up between the marina proponent and community representatives.

The earlier communication occurs, the more informed will be the public debate on the development and the more likely community concerns can be accommodated if the development proceeds.
